Dana Murray is a 1996 cum laude graduate of the University of Delaware Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management Program. She started her career in the foodservice industry at The Country Club of Virginia located in Richmond, Virginia as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In 1997, Dana was recruited to be the Food and Beverage Manager at Kiln Creek Golf & Country Club in Newport News, Virginia.
Dana joined Sysco Foodservices as a Marketing Associate in the Southern Virginia area in 1998. She transferred with Lankford-Sysco to Wilmington, Delaware within the last year, where she continues to enjoy her position and be challenged.
Dana currently resides in Wilmington with her husband Craig and dog Jager. Traveling, cooking and reading are her favorite past times when not working. She has recently been elected to the Board of the Hospitality Alumni Association at the University of Delaware where she hopes to encourage the sharing of ideas and opportunities among her peers.
