Brandon Biery is originally from this area where he worked at The Hotel DuPont and Hercules Country Club while attending the University of Delaware. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management in 1996, he was recruited to Boston. Brandon managed two top restaurants and banquet operations, The Charles Hotel in Harvard Square, Cambridge and The Bay Tower, in the Financial District of Boston. He joined Greenville Country Club in November of 2000, after returning to the area to participate in an Internet start-up venture where he was Director of Sales for the northeast region of the country. He was promoted from Director of Dining to his current role as Clubhouse Manager of Greenville in March of 2002.
Brandon has a strong background in computers and networking. He studied computer programming while in Boston. He recently completed a networking overhaul at Greenville, combining intranet, internet, high speed and wireless capabilities for staff, members, and guests. He is currently consulting within the industry for those interested in the latest networking options.
Brandon resides in Hockessin, Delaware and enjoys many outdoor activities such as: skiing, golfing, boating, fishing and travel. Brandon is also an auto enthusiast, spending time on a Corvette restoration project.
Brandon is currently serving as Vice-Chair for the Hospitality Alumni Association. He is a member of the Club Manager's Association of America (CMAA) and the CMAA International Wine Society. Brandon is a board member of the Delaware chapter of CMAA as well. |
