Hospitality Associates for Research & Training (HART)

Are you…

• Making decisions without all of the necessary information?

• Trying to solve a problem and don’t have the time to fully explore the alternatives?

• Looking for the best tools, strategies, and knowledge?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, or if you simply need outside assistance to improve your operations or help train your staff, HART can help. HART can draw upon the expertise of individuals in the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management (HRIM), or that of other experts at the University of Delaware, to satisfy your needs. HART was created for the express purpose of helping to “drive value for its global hospitality and tourism clients’ products and services by providing world-class education, training, research, and consulting services."
